Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you do business cards?
No, business cards are printed, and we only do copying. However, for great service and prices on business cards, you can call Fred Dodd at Right Price Printing, (719)439-8609. He is a locally owned small business just like us and does a great job.

  • How about letterhead and envelopes?
Those are also printed, so unfortunately, we can't help you.

  • What do your copies cost?
This really depends on how many you are going to do. Generally speaking, black and white copies start at $.06 per impression (one-sided copy is one impression, two-sided is two impressions) and goes down to as low as $.03 per impression. Color copies start at $.99 per impression and go down to $.59 per impression, and sometimes even less. The more copies you make, the lower the price is, as a general rule of thumb.

  • Do you have any self serve copiers?
No, we do not have any self serve copiers, but we will gladly work with you to make sure you get what you need.

  • Do you have computers I can use?
No, unfortunately we do not have computers you can use, however we will gladly print out anything you have on disc. We can even make minor changes if needed.

  • My documents need to be copied exactly how I need them, and there can't be mistakes; do you have experience with this type of copying, and if so, how much?
We have been specializing in litigation/legal copying since we opened our doors in 1996. Litigation copying requires a keen attention to detail and all of our legal customers rely on us to return their documents exactly how they want them, and we continue to excel at this.

  • I would like to do about one or two thousand full color brochures, can you give me a price for this?
Large quantities of color, such as this, may be better suited for printing, from an economic standpoint. An exception would be if you need your color brochures very quickly, in which case, copying is the only way to go. Printing takes more time than copying (plates to create, proofs to check, etc.), and there is ink that needs to dry; such is not the case with copying and the toner that is used. We will gladly give you a price, unless we feel that it truly is best suited for printing, in which case we would be happy to offer some suggestions about who may be able to help you.
